I've lived in a dysregulated nervous system. I know the way out.

I spent years feeling like something was spiritually wrong with me. Why couldn't I just rest? Why did people exhaust me so quickly? Why did I feel anxious even when things were fine?

The answer wasn't more discipline or more prayer alone. It was understanding how God designed the body to respond to stress — and learning how to help it feel safe again.

As a trauma recovery coach and graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy, I've spent years studying the intersection of nervous system science and faith-based healing. And I've helped women discover they were never broken — just dysregulated.
